HOW TO ORDER:

1. Download the Custom Shoe Worksheet to help you keep organized.

2. Choose your style shoe:
   -  Classic Series ($5 Custom Fee)
   -  C Series ($15 Custom Fee)
   -  PartyParty Series ($15 Custom Fee)
   -  Signature Series ($15 Custom Fee)

3. Choose your material(s) for the available style shoe:
   -  Classic Series Only:  CLICK HERE
   -  CSeries, PartyParty & Signature Series Only:  CLICK HERE

4. Send payment and Available Options (Size, Heel, Width, Sole, Buckle) through the shopping cart:
   -  If your Model Number starts with a number:

   -  If your Model Number starts with a letter "C":

5. Email Me the rest of your instructions and material choice including any drawing.

6. A confirmation email will be sent to you BEFORE the order is placed with the manufacturer, so please make sure you check your email frequently.

7. Custom orders can take 6-8 weeks for the whole process to be completed. 

Because custom orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, it's important that you choose a style of shoe you are familiar with.  If this item is of importance, you may want to order a sample pair prior to placing your custom order.  But the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the warehouse and pre-paying the shipping cost on the exchange ($14.75).  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
